Mindfulness yoga is beyond just the use of yoga for fitness, it's an idea to incorporate the roots of its origins, as a path of self healing and self awareness. In the programme, I hope to be able to help you explore yourselves better through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. It would involve going through basic yoga flows to advanced ones all the while ensuring to make it more than just a physical exertion. The aim being to help you understand yourselves better and get in touch with your bodies and your minds, finding your balance both physically and mentally.
